1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Star Bright Media S.R.L (“the Company”, “we”, or “us”), a business duly registered under the laws of Costa Rica, with a principal office at San Pedro, Barrio Dent, Del Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano, 200m North and 50m East, Ofident Building, Office 3, Costa Rica.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the betpandacasino.uk website, including all associated content, features, and services (the “Platform”). Whether accessing the site as a visitor or registered account holder, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms by using the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must immediately discontinue use.
Access to betpandacasino.uk and use of its services is strictly conditioned upon your agreement to and compliance with these Terms. Use of the Platform without such agreement is strictly prohibited. 2. Player Responsibilities
You declare and guarantee the following:

You are solely responsible for complying with any legal restrictions applicable in your country of residence or access.
All personal information provided must be true and updated promptly if changed. Any misrepresentation can lead to immediate account suspension.
You are responsible for reporting any tax obligations on winnings in accordance with your local laws.
We strictly prohibit the use of external software, automation tools, or bots. If suspected, withdrawals may be delayed and winnings confiscated.
2.2 Account Use
Creating an account requires accurate and current information. Inaccurate or misleading data may lead to account termination.
Account security is your responsibility, including password protection. Any activity under your credentials will be assumed to be performed by you. Passwords must not be shared.
Usernames may not include offensive content or infringe upon third-party rights. We reserve the right to revoke accounts that violate these conditions.
Transferring, selling, or sharing your account is not permitted. Any such activity may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Abuse of promotions or system vulnerabilities will result in immediate action, including potential fund seizure.
2.3 Bonus Cancellation
Once a bonus is cancelled by a user, it will not be reinstated under any circumstance.
Free spins earned via VIP level progression must be used within 24 hours. If geographic restrictions prevent use, contact support for assistance. Unused spins after this timeframe will be lost.
3. Deposits
Deposits must be made in accepted cryptocurrencies to the wallet addresses provided in your user profile. Sending the wrong currency to an incorrect wallet address is irreversible, and we are not liable for recovery.
No currency conversion services are offered. Withdrawals must match the deposit currency.
Deposits are processed instantly when using our payment providers. We are not responsible for delays caused by external systems.
We may perform identity checks before accepting deposits. Deposits from suspended or blocked accounts will be rejected, and the funds may be withheld.
Minimum deposit thresholds are:
- 0.1 uBTC
- 0.1 USDT
- 0.1 TRX
Deposits under these limits will not be credited or refunded. All deposited funds must be wagered at least five times (5x) before withdrawals are permitted.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit. Charges may apply depending on the withdrawal method.
Users must ensure that withdrawals are made to correct, supported addresses. Mistaken transactions (e.g. sending BTC to a BCH address) are not the responsibility of betpandacasino.uk.
Withdrawals may be delayed due to network or platform liquidity limitations.
Unwagered deposit balances cannot be withdrawn. Refer to the Deposit section for the 5x wagering rule.
5. Anti-Fraud Policy
betpandacasino.uk maintains strict anti-fraud measures. Suspicious behaviour, including collusion, cheating, account duplication, or manipulation of bonuses, may result in account suspension and loss of funds.
We reserve the right to report such activity to appropriate regulatory authorities.
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage or exploit the system may result in termination, confiscation of winnings, and legal action.
Fair play violations include but are not limited to:
- Multiple account creation
- Use of incorrect personal information
- Bonus abuse
- Use of betting strategies designed to circumvent the house edge
We may cap cryptocurrency withdrawals to €5,000 per 24h, €15,000 per week, or €45,000 monthly for added security.
Weekly cashback is limited to a crypto value of €20,000. Maximum single win per day is 3,000,000 uBTC, and per betting round is 10,000,000 uBTC.
Only one account is allowed per person, household, and IP. Multiple accounts will be closed, and winnings voided.
6. Identity Verification
You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are the rightful owner of the funds
- You reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal
- Your funds are from lawful sources
betpandacasino.uk complies with AML regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. You may be required to provide additional documentation to verify your identity (KYC checks).
We may suspend or lock your account until your identity is confirmed. Any mismatches or fraudulent data may lead to account closure and loss of funds.

9. Account Closure

10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between the user and the Company. All prior agreements are superseded.
10.1 Translation Clause
In case of translation discrepancies, the English version prevails.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified 14 days in advance of material changes. Continued use after changes implies agreement. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Legal matters will be handled in Costa Rican courts.

14. Refund Policy

If a confirmed technical issue from our side disrupts a wager, a full refund will be issued.

17. Affiliate Misconduct
Using misleading marketing tactics or impersonating betpandacasino.uk will result in termination and forfeiture of affiliate earnings.
